      General Return and Cancellation Policies

      Return Policy

      Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.

      All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.

      Please note that Product-Specific policies apply to the following categories: Electronics, Weddings & Events (Customized Dresses & Accessories), Customized Sports/Outdoors, Faucets, MiniInTheBox Items, Wigs, Makeup, Tattoos and Body Art, Women’s Fashion.

      For all returns, please Login to My Orders and submit a return request form to Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. Exceptions:

      * within 30 days of receiving your order for Faucets and Electronics with quality issues

      * within 30 days of the date shipped for Weddings & Events (Customized Dresses & Accessories) with quality issues

      If we shipped you the wrong item: You have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back.

      If we shipped you an item in the wrong color: You are eligible for a full refund. (Perceived color difference due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.).

      If we shipped you a defective item: You are eligible for a refund or exchange depending on the item category.

      If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase: You may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item involved.

      Cancellation Policy

      Many orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email entitled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX with Hotsellnow.com." Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.

      Exceptions: Cancellations for a full refund are only available within the following time frames for certain product categories:

      * within 24 hours of placing all orders for Weddings & Events (Customized Dresses & Accessories)

      * within 48 hours of placing all orders for Wigs, Makeup, Customized Sports/Outdoors and Women’s Fashion. For orders cancelled beyond 48 hours but within 7 days, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

      Beyond these time limits, restocking/processing fees will apply to cancellations in these categories even if the order has not shipped. Please see the Product-Specific policies for more details.

      Electronics

      Return Policy

      Electronics with no quality issues are eligible for a refund of 85% of the item's price within 7 days of receiving your order. The remaining 15% will be kept as a restocking fee. The price of any items or accessories lost during the return process will also be deducted from the refund.

      Quality Issues:

      Electronics with quality issues are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery to the customer, once Customer Service has confirmed the product was not damaged on purpose. When requesting the refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing any issues related to manufacturing, include malfunctioning buttons and damage to the motherboard, screen or accessories.

      Weddings & Events (Customized Dresses & Accessories)

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses and some accessories (including shoes, sashes, and wraps) are made to order, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.

      - Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

      - Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

      - Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

      - Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

      • When you receive an email entitled "Payment Confirmation for Order#_______ with Hotsellnow.com",your payment has been confirmed.

      Return Policy

      Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

      If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

      Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items

      Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund.

      Sizing or Fitting Issues

      As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

      Item is not the size you ordered

      Should your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

      Your item is the size you ordered but does not fit

      Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.

      Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

      Color Mismatch

      The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Hotsellnow.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

      Overdue Orders

      If your order cannot be shipped by the time originally stated, Customer Service will offer you the option of keeping or canceling your order. Customers whose items are overdue by no more than 10 days will have the option of a complete refund and cancellation, or a 30% reimbursement upon delivery. Customers whose items are overdue by more than 10 days have the option of canceling for a full refund, or keeping the dress at no cost except shipping fees.

      Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

      Personalized and dyed items, earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings), and personal care items (including lingerie) are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

      Return Process

      1)      Contact Customer Service within 30 days of your order's shipment. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

      • When you receive an email entitled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX with Hotsellnow.com," your order has been shipped.

      2)     Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.

      3)     Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.

      Customized Sports/Outdoors

      Return Policy

      Customized Sports/Outdoors items with no quality issues can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer and returned items must be in their original condition, showing no sign of customization or wear. Please clearly identify the reason for the return on the package.

      1.  Quality Issues:

      Customized Sports/Outdoors items that are defective or have quality issues (such as obvious stains or tears) are eligible for a full refund.

      2.  Size Errors:

      Sports/Outdoors items with an actual measured size of at least 2 cm larger or smaller than the size chart on our website, and which we consider will affect wear of the item, are eligible for a full refund. Errors of less than 2 cm are not grounds for a refund.

      Customized Sports/Outdoors orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until shipment.

      Faucets

      Return Policy

      Replacements and refunds are not available for faucets with no quality issues.

      1.  Quality Issues:

      Faucets with quality issues (such as defective LED lights or failure to function properly once correctly installed) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

      Once the faucet has been sent back and we have confirmed it was not damaged on purpose, we will begin the refund process as soon as possible.

      Faucet orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until shipment.

      Return Policy

      MiniInTheBox items with no quality issues are eligible for refunds of 85% of the original price within 7 days of receiving your order. The remaining 15% will be kept as a restocking fee. Returned items should be in brand-new condition with the original packaging. We will deduct from the refund the price of any items or accessories lost during the return process.

      Quality Issues:

      MiniInTheBox items with quality problems are eligible for full refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. The item may need to be sent back so we can confirm it has not been damaged on purpose before the exchange or refund is issued.

      Cancellation Policy

      Orders of MiniInTheBox items can be cancelled for a full refund up until shipment.

      Wigs

      Return Policy

      Wigs are eligible for return or exchange if the customer finds quality issues, receives the wrong item or experiences an allergic reaction from wear.

      If none of these situations apply, wigs can be returned for a 50% refund of the original price (excluding shipping fees). The product’s original packaging must be intact and not damaged in any way. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund any eligible items with wear, damage or removed tags. Clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

      1.  Quality Issues:

      Wigs with quality issues (including damage and poor quality) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned wigs must be in brand-new condition, unused and in original packaging.

      2.  Allergies:

      Wigs that cause an allergic reaction after use are eligible for a return within 7 days of receiving your order. When requesting the return, please be ready to provide Customer Service with medical proof of the allergic reaction (such as a doctor's note).

      3.  Wrong Item Shipped:

      After confirming the style or color of wig sent to you is not what you ordered, you will have the option of keeping the wig you received or sending it back to exchange for the correct one. We will cover half of the return shipping fees on exchange wigs. If you prefer to keep the wig you received, we will refund the price difference if the wig you purchased is more expensive than the one you received.

      Requesting Refunds or Exchanges

      Please be ready to provide:

      Return Policy

      All items in the Makeup Category are designated as OSRM (Other Special Regulated Materials) and once sold cannot be returned or exchanged except in particular circumstances, as listed below.

      1.  Quality Issues:

      Makeup items with quality issues (including damage and poor quality) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned makeup items must be in brand-new condition, unused and in the original packaging.

      2.  Allergies:

      Makeup items that cause an allergic reaction after use are eligible for a return within 7 days of receiving your order as long as no more than 1/3 of the product has been used. When requesting the return, please be ready to provide Customer Service with medical proof of the allergic reaction (such as a doctor's note).

      3.  Wrong Item Shipped:

      We will exchange Makeup items once we’ve confirmed the item sent to you is not what you ordered. Returned makeup must be in brand-new condition, unused and in the original packaging.

      Return Policy

      All Tattoo and Body Art items except sterilized items such as needles and inks are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving your order, but a 20% restocking fee may apply to returns not related to quality issues or allergies. All returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no sign of being tampered with.

      1.  Quality Issues:

      Tattoo and Body Art items with quality issues (including shipping damages), are eligible for a refund or exchange free of charge within 7 days of receiving your order.

      2.  Allergies:

      Tattoo and Body Art items that cause an allergic reaction after use are eligible for exchange within 7 days of receiving your order as long as no more than 1/3 of the product has been used.
